Position Overview

Perrys Citroen & Peugeot Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist.

Working Hours:
8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday (Saturdays on a rotation basis with a weekday off if scheduled to work on Saturday).

Compensation:
Base salary up to £27,000 with the potential to earn up to £35,000 OTE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers bringing their vehicles for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs.
  • Schedule customer appointments and provide timely updates on vehicle service progress.
  • Collaborate with the after-sales team, including workshop controllers, and support the service manager in the efficient operation of a busy service department.
  • Manage customer expectations with professionalism and a focus on quality service.
  • Promote additional products and services to both new and existing customers.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership, body shop, or independent service center is essential.
  • A professional demeanor and a polished appearance are required.
  • Must possess a valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Availability to work weekends is necessary.
