We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to enhance our Can I Act (CIA) division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing compliance analysts focused on ongoing monitoring of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and risk assessment operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of compliance analysts, ensuring adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and internal protocols.
  • Offer mentorship and support to team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Serve as a primary contact for inquiries from the CIA Team, Fee Earners, and various stakeholders.
  • Prepare progress reports and perform quality assessments on the work of analysts.
  • Collaborate with fellow Team Leaders to drive the overall success of the team.

  • Experience in compliance within a legal environment.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and analytical thinking.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
