Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant within either the Permanent or Temporary & Contract divisions, your responsibilities will encompass both client relationship management and the comprehensive recruitment cycle. You will also engage in broader tasks that contribute to the overall success of VWA in a collaborative and professional environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying candidates through application responses and proactive searches on recruitment platforms.
  • Conducting competency-based interviews with registered candidates and managing their relationships throughout the registration process.
  • Shortlisting candidates based on client specifications and overseeing each phase of the recruitment journey, including gathering interview feedback and negotiating offers.
  • Performing market research and analysis as necessary.
  • Providing administrative support, including the distribution of compliance documentation.
  • Executing additional tasks as required.

Candidate Profile:
We seek individuals who possess:

  • Experience in recruitment is preferred; however, backgrounds in account management, sales, or business development with demonstrated success will also be considered.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • An organized approach to work, complemented by a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • The ability to build rapport naturally, along with a collaborative and commercial mindset.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Reed, and Access CRM is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information:

  • Standard working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, with flexibility to extend as needed.
  • The company adopts a hybrid working model (3 days in the office), although the successful candidate will initially work fully on-site during the onboarding phase.
  • A competitive base salary of up to 45K is offered, depending on relevant experience in business development, account management, or sales, along with potential participation in a commission scheme and discretionary bonuses.
