About the Role

VWA (Victoria Wall Associates) is a boutique recruitment consultancy with a 35-year history of delivering exceptional recruitment services to a range of clients. We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our Permanent Division as an Associate Recruitment Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including sending compliance documents, formatting CVs, and conducting Microsoft Office assessments.
  • Source candidates through active searching on recruitment job boards and responding to applications.
  • Conduct telephone screening calls with potential candidates and conduct competency-based interviews.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the registration process.
  • Draft and post job adverts on job boards and the VWA website.
  • Shortlist candidates for clients' briefs and collate interview feedback.
  • Conduct market research and analysis as required.
Requirements
  • Existing administrative or customer service experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, IT programmes, or databases.
  • Strong attention to detail and an efficient approach to work.
  • A warm and approachable manner, with natural rapport-building skills and a team-working mindset.

  • Competitive base salary up to 35K depending on relevant experience.

  • A hybrid working structure with flexibility to work beyond core hours if required.
