Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the condition survey process, analyzing stock condition survey data, and developing benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators on programme expenditure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the condition survey process to ensure it meets all business needs
- Analyze stock condition survey data to develop necessary benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators on programme expenditure
- Manage the MRI Asset Management database to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate
- Assist and/or produce stock data and reports for other departments within the organization
- Assist the Asset Strategy team in maintaining its procedures and processes
Requirements:
- Project management experience in repairs, capital works, or housing stock data, managing large-scale surveys, data analysis, and performance management
- Experience working with MRI / Orchard software
- Desirable: experience working in a similar capacity in the public sector
