Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant within either the Permanent or Temporary & Contract divisions, your responsibilities will encompass both business development and client relationship management, alongside executing comprehensive recruitment processes. You will also engage in various tasks that contribute to the overall success of VWA in a collaborative and professional environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying candidates through application responses and proactive searches on recruitment platforms.
  • Conducting competency-based interviews with candidates and managing their relationships throughout the registration process.
  • Shortlisting candidates based on client specifications and overseeing each phase of the recruitment journey, including gathering interview feedback and negotiating offers.
  • Performing market research and analysis as needed.
  • Providing administrative support, including the distribution of compliance documents.
  • Undertaking additional tasks as required.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in recruitment is preferred, although backgrounds in account management, sales, or business development with a proven track record will also be considered.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • An efficient work style complemented by a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, commercial mindset.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Reed, and Access CRM is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information:

  • Standard working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, with flexibility to extend hours when necessary.
  • The company adopts a hybrid working model (3 days in the office), although the successful candidate will initially work fully in the office during onboarding.
  • A competitive base salary of up to 45K is offered, depending on relevant experience in business development, account management, or sales, along with potential participation in a commission scheme and discretionary bonuses.
