Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Associate Consultant. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in a commercial and people-focused environment, with a clear pathway for career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including formatting CVs and sending compliance documents.
- Respond to incoming queries and provide excellent customer service.
- SOURCE candidates through active searching on recruitment job boards and responding to applications.
- Conduct telephone screening calls with potential candidates to assess their suitability for roles.
- Assist in drafting and posting job adverts on job boards and the VWA website.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT programs.
- Experience in a sales or business development role is desirable.
We offer a competitive base salary up to £35,000 depending on experience, with opportunities for commission and discretionary bonus. Our company operates a hybrid working structure, with a minimum of 3 days per week spent in the office. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that allows our employees to thrive and grow in their careers.
