We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service, supported by a skilled team focused on achieving client satisfaction.
We are currently seeking a meticulous Human Resources Specialist to oversee HR functions for our winter seasonal workforce in the Arctic Circle.
Based in our central office, you will manage a range of HR responsibilities, primarily centered around the recruitment of approximately 80 seasonal employees each year.
This demanding position offers opportunities for international travel and career growth within the travel industry for candidates with excellent organizational abilities and a background in HR or administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the annual recruitment cycle for around 80 seasonal staff, which includes posting job openings, organizing recruitment events, and conducting interviews.
- Managing all HR documentation, maintaining employee files, and overseeing payroll processes.
- Facilitating staff onboarding and arranging transportation for seasonal personnel.
- Addressing employee relations matters and ensuring adherence to regulations in the UK, Finland, and Sweden.
- Handling daily transactional HR tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-driven team player with confidence and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel internationally on short notice and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
Compensation: Based on experience.
