Role Overview

  • Oversee all HR and recruitment inquiries, ensuring they are addressed appropriately
  • Facilitate recruitment processes and publish job postings in line with company protocols
  • Generate HR reports and metrics, ensuring effective and timely communication
  • Manage employee accommodation and benefits programs
  • Assist the HR team with various administrative duties and projects

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive individual to join our Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate should possess strong IT capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. A background in HR administration or recruitment is essential.

Compensation

This position is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary range of £27,000 - £28,000 annually. Additional perks include on-site amenities, company events, and the possibility of hybrid working arrangements.
