HR Officer - St Andrews

Seaton House, a luxury hotel in St Andrews, is seeking an experienced HR Officer. As HR Officer, you will be integral to fostering a supportive and productive workplace culture in line with our high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with Seaton House and Valor Hospitality.
  • Lead on employee relations on property.
  • Work with the management team to manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as HR Officer or HR Executive.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
