EMBRACE A REWARDING CAREER + MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT NHS 111 Patient Care Advisor - Plymouth | Flexible Part-Time & Weekend Opportunities | Competitive Pay Rates Are you looking to be part of a vital service that significantly impacts people's lives? This is your opportunity to become a Patient Care Advisor in our 111-contact centre, managing inquiries from the public. You will be trained to utilize an advanced triage system known as NHS Pathways to evaluate patients over the phone and guide them to the most suitable care options. While these calls are not emergencies, you should be ready to handle sensitive, distressing, or critical situations and coordinate with emergency services if necessary. Benefits you will enjoy: Competitive hourly wage of £11.48 - applicable during daytime and training hours (07:00-23:00); £14.27 per hour - for night shifts (23:00-07:00); £14.77 per hour - for weekend shifts in the Red Zone (subject to terms and conditions when working over 26 hours a week); 33 days of annual leave, inclusive of public holidays; Excellent job stability and comprehensive support for continuous career and salary advancement into coaching, training, and leadership roles; A wide array of benefits from Practice Plus Group, including a company pension plan, life insurance, retail discounts, and an employee assistance program for you and your family; Weekend shifts designed to accommodate your other responsibilities. Training Options: Full-Time Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) for 4 weeks; Part-Time Tues, Weds, Thurs (6pm-10pm) and Sat-Sun (9am-5pm) for 6 weeks. We are currently offering (Full-Time or Part-Time) positions with flexible hours to cover our essential shifts and assist patients when they need us the most. Candidates must be prepared and dedicated to working a combination of weekdays and weekends. Currently, we are only providing predefined shift patterns to meet our operational requirements.-
