We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Health Advisor to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a Health Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and Assess Patients over the phone, using our state-of-the-art triage tool, NHS Pathways, to determine the best course of action for each patient.
- Provide Emotional Support and guidance to patients who are experiencing distressing or life-threatening situations.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Work Flexible Hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of our patients.
Benefits:
- Competitive Hourly Rate of £11.48 per hour (daytime and training hours) and £14.27 per hour (contractual night rate).
- Enhanced Weekend Rate of £14.77 per hour (subject to terms and conditions).

Training and Development:
We offer comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. Our training programs include:
- Full-Time Training (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) for 4 weeks.
- Part-Time Training (Tues, Weds, Thurs, 6pm-10pm and Sat-Sun, 9am-5pm) for 6 weeks.
