Occupational Health Nurse Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our team at Occupational Health Staffing Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on occupational health matters, including case management, fitness for work assessments, and health surveillance.
Key Responsibilities:- Case management: Assess and manage cases of work-related illness and injury, providing guidance on return to work and rehabilitation.
- Fitness for work assessments: Conduct assessments to determine an individual's fitness for work, taking into account their medical history and work-related factors.
- Health Surveillance: Conduct health surveillance activities, including audiometry and spirometry, to monitor the health of employees and identify potential health risks.
- Clinical supervision: Provide clinical supervision and support to other team members, including less experienced staff.
- Day-to-day management of OH Service: Manage the day-to-day operations of the occupational health service, including administrative tasks and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health nursing, with experience in case management, report writing, and health surveillance. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
