As an NHS 111 Health Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking medical advice and guidance. You'll utilize a sophisticated triage system called NHS Pathways to assess patient needs over the phone and direct them to the most appropriate healthcare resources.
This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and collected in potentially challenging situations. While these are not emergency calls, you may encounter individuals experiencing emotional distress or requiring urgent medical attention. In such cases, you'll be responsible for coordinating with emergency services as needed.

Training Options:
- Full-Time: Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) for 4 weeks
- Part-Time: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (6pm-10pm) and Saturday-Sunday (9am-5pm) for 6 weeks
We offer both full-time and part-time roles with varying hours to ensure comprehensive coverage during our core operating hours. You'll be required to work a combination of weekdays and weekends.
