The ideal candidate will be tasked with delivering comprehensive commercial assistance to the Aftermarket, Digital, and Supply Chain divisions. This role will require the application of in-depth analytics and robust management information to collaborate closely with business leaders in identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, enhancing operations, and implementing necessary actions.Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the achievement of strategic goals through effective business collaboration, provision of reliable management information, and the application of leading advisory practices.
  • Deliver high-caliber financial support and insights to the organization based on a thorough understanding of the market, divisional objectives, growth drivers, and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct evaluations of commercial performance in partnership with Commercial Business Partners and assist with monthly reporting. Work alongside General Managers to establish segment budgets/forecasts and develop financial strategies to optimize business profitability.
  • Present monthly performance results at Segment/Commercial Team meetings as necessary, emphasizing areas of concern and fostering resolution.
  • Identify and manage critical risks on both project and segment levels.
  • Act as a change agent and challenge decision-making processes based on sound financial and commercial principles.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the negotiation, monitoring, and completion of key initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong engagement, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset (internal or external)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance personnel
  • Highly organized, capable of meeting deadlines and managing substantial data volumes

Education and Experience

  • Fully qualified accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
