Commercial Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the achievement of strategic goals through effective business collaboration, provision of reliable management information, and the application of leading advisory practices.
- Deliver high-caliber financial support and insights to the organization based on a thorough understanding of the market, divisional objectives, growth drivers, and key performance indicators.
- Conduct evaluations of commercial performance in partnership with Commercial Business Partners and assist with monthly reporting. Work alongside General Managers to establish segment budgets/forecasts and develop financial strategies to optimize business profitability.
- Present monthly performance results at Segment/Commercial Team meetings as necessary, emphasizing areas of concern and fostering resolution.
- Identify and manage critical risks on both project and segment levels.
- Act as a change agent and challenge decision-making processes based on sound financial and commercial principles.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the negotiation, monitoring, and completion of key initiatives.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in a similar capacity
- Strong engagement, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset (internal or external)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance personnel
- Highly organized, capable of meeting deadlines and managing substantial data volumes
Education and Experience
- Fully qualified accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
