About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise and experience in working with children and young people who have been affected by crime. As a Senior Caseworker - Behaviour Change Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a team of caseworkers and providing line management and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to victims of crime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of caseworkers and provide line management and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to victims of crime.
  • Develop and implement behaviour change interventions for children and young people who have been affected by crime.
  • Assess risk and needs at all times and ensure the safe delivery of services.
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for victims of crime.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the effective delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of working with children and young people who have been affected by crime.
  • High level of expertise and experience in behaviour change interventions.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other agencies and stakeholders.
