This role requires leveraging in-depth analytics and robust management information to collaborate effectively with business leaders in identifying opportunities, risks, operational enhancements, and necessary actions.Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the achievement of strategic goals through effective business collaboration, delivering reliable management information, and employing top-tier advisory practices.
  • Offer high-caliber financial support and insights to the organization, grounded in a commercial understanding of the market, divisional goals, growth drivers, and essential success metrics.
  • Conduct evaluations of commercial performance in partnership with Commercial Business Partners and assist with monthly reporting. Work alongside General Managers to establish segment budgets/forecasts and develop financial strategies to optimize business profitability.
  • Present monthly performance results at Segment/Commercial Team meetings, emphasizing areas of concern and driving resolution.
  • Identify and manage key risks at both project and segment levels.
  • Act as a change agent, challenging decision-making with sound financial and commercial rationale.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the negotiation, oversight, and conclusion of key initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong engagement, enthusiasm, and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused approach (internal or external)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of communicating effectively with both finance and non-finance personnel
  • Highly organized, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage large volumes of data

Education and Experience

  • Fully qualified accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
