Position: Chief of Music Education Initiatives

Role Overview:

Are you passionate about reshaping the landscape of music education? We are in search of an innovative leader to take on a pivotal role that aims to transform music education on a local, regional, and national scale.

This position offers a blend of flexible and hybrid working arrangements along with a performance-based bonus structure.

Location: Flexible working options available

Work Hours: Options for full-time or part-time commitments (3 – 5 days per week) with adaptable working hours

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 based on experience, plus a performance-related bonus of approximately 3-10% of salary

Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and vision for music education initiatives
  • Drive development and growth of music programs
  • Lead the Music Hub and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Oversee educational programming and team development
  • Manage financial sustainability and partnerships
  • Ensure effective reporting and governance practices
