Role Overview
The Director of Music Education will play a pivotal role in reshaping music education on multiple levels. This position is ideal for a strategic leader eager to:
- Gather insights from local educational initiatives
- Foster an inclusive and youth-driven approach to music education
- Lead transformative initiatives at a national scale through a new certification organization
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and vision
- Drive development and growth initiatives
- Oversee the Music Hub
- Ensure compliance with Ofqual and other regulatory bodies
- Manage educational programs
- Lead and develop team members
- Handle financial management and sustainability
- Build partnerships and manage stakeholder relationships
- Oversee reporting and governance
