The Role: Lived Experience Rehabilitation Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lived Experience Rehabilitation Worker to join our team in Argyll & Bute. In this role, you will utilize your personal journey with substance use to guide and support others on their path to recovery.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-residential rehabilitation support, guidance throughout placement, and intensive aftercare assistance.
  • Connect with individuals through outreach, harm reduction strategies, structured interventions, and engaging activities.
  • Share your lived experience to empower and inspire others in their recovery journey.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive and individualized support.
