This role is essential for overseeing the daily functions of the Fundraising Operations team, ensuring the precise and timely management of financial transactions associated with supporters and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated team, enhancing and refining processes while providing support for supporter administration and engagement.
- Recruit, train, and guide the team to ensure efficient and accurate data management.
- Engage hands-on with the team to assist with processing tasks as needed.
- Continuously assess and enhance team processes to achieve performance indicators and elevate the quality of supporter data and administrative efficiency.
- Establish and refine systems to monitor and evaluate team performance.
- Ensure adherence to regulations concerning data protection and financial handling for all supporter data activities.
- Provide backup and assistance to guarantee the team meets its performance targets.
- Collaborate with fundraising teams to comprehend their initiatives, coding, and requirements.
- Actively seek input from stakeholders to evaluate the outputs of the Operations team.
- Assist the Data Team with various data-related tasks.
- Work closely with the Database Officer to reconcile processed financial contributions.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with Fundraising Data or Income Processing.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Capability to analyze and enhance processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to identify errors in others' work.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Clear and effective communication abilities.
Compensation: Competitive salary range.
Contract Type: Permanent, with options for full-time or part-time (4 days a week).
