Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Services Liaison to join our team at Ten2Two Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our members, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with our membership base and promote our services.
  • Collaborate with our events team to plan and execute successful events that meet the needs of our members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our business development team to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in a member services or business development role, with a strong understanding of the not-for-profit sector.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
