About the Role

The Regulatory Liaison Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to our compliance teams, acting as the first point of contact for customers, and working closely with colleagues to achieve efficient delivery of service functions. You will have a strong understanding of several key regulatory and licensing service functions and be able to use your knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to compliance teams, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that their needs are met
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve efficient delivery of service functions, including participating in duty rotas and engaging in service and internal policy changes
  • Use your knowledge of regulatory and licensing service functions to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our regulatory and licensing service functions, including staying up-to-date with changes and developments

Requirements
