Public Liaison Officer

We are seeking a skilled Public Liaison Officer to join our team in Portsmouth. As a key member of our Future Generations Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community liaison, customer care, and communication plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage community engagement materials, including reports and presentations.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including emergency services, local councils, and community groups.
- Coordinate site visits and identify opportunities to showcase performance.
- Work closely with the site and Future Generations team to identify potential issues and risks.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with the local community.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Full driving license and ability to pass a DBS check.
