Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate agreements with landowners to secure access for site surveys and construction.
- Coordinate meetings with landowners and conduct detailed photographic condition surveys to assess potential impacts.
- Evaluate and negotiate compensation claims related to losses and disturbances with landowners and third-party representatives.
- Arrange access for site surveys and construction, ensuring minimal disruption to landowners and the community.
- Represent Fourblue during visits to clients and landowners, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
- Maintain flexibility and adapt to the company's evolving needs, taking on additional tasks within your capability as required.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support to graduates in their roles, contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Demonstrate a willingness to participate in role-specific training and professional development, enhancing your skills and knowledge.
- A valid UK driving license is required, along with the flexibility to work varying types of jobs, times, and locations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Ideal candidate will be pursuing a RICS qualification, with knowledge of farming and commercial sectors.
- Required experience or knowledge of the UK utilities industry, including the Electricity Act 1989 and the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
- Familiarity with HMLR systems and experience working with GIS-based mapping systems.
