We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Professional (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to join our compassionate team within a well-established care home. Our facility is designed to provide exceptional support to vulnerable adults facing long-term mental health challenges.

About the Care Home:
Our care home features 90 beds and specializes in delivering tailored care to individuals with dementia and complex behavioral needs.

Your Role:
As a Nursing Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the holistic well-being of residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and social requirements. You will lead the nursing team to maintain a safe and efficient environment, adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
