Job Summary

Care UK is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Leader to join our team. As a Wellness Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and clinical expertise to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Provide outstanding leadership and mentorship to care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
  • Resident-Centered Care: Support residents with complex needs and dependency levels, delivering tailored care plans that meet their unique requirements.
  • Clinical Excellence: Provide clinical nursing to residents, including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, and wound care.
  • Continuous Improvement: Strive for clinical excellence within the home, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

About You

  • NMC Registration: Be a registered Nurse with the NMC.
  • Clinical Expertise: Possess experience in clinical assessment tools, such as Waterlow and MUST.
  • Care Planning: Have experience in writing comprehensive care plans.
