As a Wellness Nurse at Care UK, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our care team and provide clinical nursing to residents, including medication management and infection prevention and control procedures.
The Role
- Provide outstanding leadership and support to care staff
- Develop and implement tailored care plans to deliver excellence in resident care
- Continuously strive for clinical excellence and quality improvement within the home
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents receive person-centered care
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
