We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Care UK. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership and clinical expertise to our care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the complex needs of our residents, including those with dementia and complex care requirements.
- Provide clinical nursing expertise, including medication management, infection prevention and control, and wound care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
