We are excited to be recruiting for a global leader in online courses specialising in health, wellness, and holistic practices. As a member of our UK-based remote team, you will contribute to our mission of providing life-affirming experiences to our students. With a multi-million pound turnover and ambitious growth plans, we are looking to hire a B2B Corporate Sales Manager for Caramel Talent Limited.

Working alongside the Marketing Team, your role will be to drive B2B sales in one of the most exciting and fast-growing industries in the world.

The Role

Reporting to C-Suite level, the Corporate Sales Manager will have undoubted prowess and a track record in B2B sales with a passion for the wellness sector. You will be sourcing leads from large enterprises, government agencies, and institutions with a large number of employees looking to increase their employees' wellbeing and skills. Customers include large corporations, government institutions, and educational institutions. Our course material is even published and archived in the British Library.

You should have the ability to strategically research and outreach to companies that budget for employees' mental health and wellbeing as well as continual professional development (CPD) and other use cases for our course subjects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the global B2B database and increases sales revenue from B2B customers;
  • Represent the brand and benefits conveying USP's in line with our values, customer feedback, and award-winning reputation;
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop inbound lead generation strategies, product features, sales pitches, and incentives to increase sales and retention;
  • Generate opportunities through networking, outreach, and attending industry events;
  • Achieve sales targets through effective planning, KPI targets, data analysis to optimise sales activity;
  • Develop, maintain, and improve relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and loyalty;
  • Proficient use of CRM (Hubspot) making full use of its capabilities and keeping detailed records (training provided);
  • You are highly organised and professional with a friendly and warm personality;
  • You are enthusiastic about holistic health and wellness and have experience in the sector.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales;
  • Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close;
  • Superb communication, negotiation, and sales skills;
  • Good time management and organisational skills;
  • Passionate and ambitious with a proactive 'can-do' attitude;
  • Sales training certification or demonstrable experience;
  • Experience of creating and executing a sales strategy to grow B2B sales;
  • Knowledge and application of AI, preferably ChatGPT.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000, OTE c. £110k uncapped
