Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our London office in Soho. As the first point of contact for our office, you will handle telephone calls, greet visitors, and manage internal and external mail. This role offers variety and requires a proactive and flexible individual who can provide excellent customer service to our clients, guests, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the reception desk, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, liaising with contractors and service providers, and processing orders and invoices.
  • Support the Workplace Manager in handling the day-to-day management of the building, including maintaining a log of to-do jobs for weekly maintenance visits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, problem-solving, accuracy, and attention to detail in a sometimes-busy reception environment.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-year previous experience in a similar role is required.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize a varied workload.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude.
