Role Expectations: We are in search of a passionate sports aficionado eager to delve into the realm of sports trading. Our culture emphasizes empowerment and collaboration, enabling you to thrive in a dynamic setting that enhances your sports acumen. The UK trading team will take charge of expert trading for various non-US sports, including Soccer, Tennis, European Basketball, Volleyball, and Rugby Union. Continuous collaboration with our Las Vegas trading team will ensure robust support for traditional US sports.

As a Sports Trading Graduate, you will report to a Team Leader based on your sports expertise. Your responsibilities will encompass trading across all sports under the UK jurisdiction while providing assistance to US trading teams. Your contributions will directly influence revenue and profitability, focusing on comprehensive analysis, teamwork with development teams, and collaboration with senior management to refine internal systems and processes.

Our working hours are adaptable to align with regular sports events and major tournaments, typically peaking during evenings and weekends. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your sports knowledge and mathematical skills while paving the way for a rewarding career in the betting and gaming sector.

Growth Opportunities:

Utilize your sports expertise to evaluate all events and markets within the UK scope, leveraging our technological platform for critical trading decisions. Employ analytical thinking to effectively prioritize and resolve issues while managing risks. Conduct analyses aimed at enhancing profitability, operational efficiency, and service offerings. Present findings to leadership regarding the identification and assessment of trading opportunities, pricing strategies, model development, and customer profiling. Collaborate with trading teams in both the UK and US to support the development of models, systems, and strategies that improve product offerings and customer satisfaction. Experience an environment that encourages innovative approaches and influences the strategic direction and growth of our products. Assist with reporting tasks as directed by the management team.

Required Qualifications:

Achieved Grade A or B in GCSE Mathematics (or equivalent). Possess excellent sports knowledge combined with strong numerical and analytical capabilities. Quick to adapt to new skills and systems, demonstrating flexibility in response to evolving trading models and technologies. Highly motivated, capable of working independently or collaboratively, and building effective relationships with colleagues and management. Strong decision-making skills, able to make sound judgments under pressure. Proficient in written and verbal communication, with experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. An innovative and proactive mindset.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (or currently pursuing) in relevant fields such as Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, or Sports Science.
