ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each shift operates seamlessly. This includes empowering your team to provide outstanding service and confidently addressing any challenges that may arise. You will familiarize yourself with peak periods to ensure we are well-prepared and manage schedules accordingly. We pride ourselves on being a close-knit team, and you will contribute to creating an environment where everyone feels supported and assured in their responsibilities. Additionally, we will provide you with a place in our Team Leader Development Program, guided by our broader team, to ensure you feel integrated into our larger family.

Glendola Leisure manages a variety of bars, pubs, and restaurants throughout the UK, including London, Glasgow, Belfast, and Edinburgh.
