Education Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team at Catch22. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students, providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students, ensuring they meet their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and effective teaching team, sharing best practices and expertise to drive student success.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and carers, providing guidance and support to ensure students feel valued and supported.
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to inform teaching and learning strategies.
- Contribute to the development of schemes of work, lesson plans, and learning resources that meet the needs of our students and align with Catch22's educational vision.
- A recognized higher qualification in education, with significant experience in teaching and planning.
- Proven ability to work with students with complex needs, including those with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
- Strong behavior management skills, with experience in adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with diverse learning styles.
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum and its application, with a clear understanding of equal opportunities, discrimination, health and safety, safeguarding, and child protection.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary of up to £35,000 (FTE), depending on experience.
- A 22.5-hour per week contract, with a 3-day working week.
