Education Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Specialist to join our team at Catch22. As a key member of our education provision, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students, focusing on KS3 and KS4 curriculum requirements.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and carers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to support student progress.
- Contribute to the development of schemes of work and learning resources that meet the needs of our students and align with Catch22's vision and values.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student well-being and academic success.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practice in teaching and learning.
Requirements:
- A recognized higher qualification in education, with significant experience in teaching and planning.
- Proven track record of working with students with complex needs, including those with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
- Strong behavior management skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, families, and colleagues.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development, with a willingness to share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
