Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in behavior management, with a strong understanding of behavioral theories and techniques.
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum and its application, with a clear understanding of assessment and evaluation methods.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
