Requirements:
  • A recognized higher qualification in education, with significant experience in teaching and planning.

  • Extensive behavior management experience, with a focus on de-escalation techniques and positive behavior support.
  • Previous experience in teaching KS3 and KS4, with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral theories, strategies, and techniques, including positive behavior support and restorative practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on student-centered learning and support.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
