Our client, a leader in business banking, is looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to provide outstanding support to both new and existing accounts.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the Operations Team, directly reporting to the Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Training and onboarding new Partners
  • Addressing inquiries and providing assistance with new finance applications
  • Ensuring smooth operations for our Partners

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Numeracy skills
  • Comfortable managing phone and email communications

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with credit reference agencies
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Negotiation capabilities
  • Knowledge of business finance and leasing
  • Experience in delivering training sessions

This position offers a comprehensive understanding of business finance and leasing, making you a vital resource for Partners seeking to establish new business relationships.

Training: You will receive thorough training on the advanced Partner Portal and the financial products offered.
