As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our commercial strategy, defining our competitive landscape, and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive sales growth and market penetration in the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Lead the sales team in EMEA and APAC, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering/R&D, and Marketing, to deliver a cohesive approach to the market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of international sales leadership experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Proven track record of sales growth and market penetration in the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Experience working with distributors and resellers to drive business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members.
