Position Overview

The Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated and proactive Recovery Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is based in a vibrant and diverse community, focusing on providing essential support to individuals on their recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist service users in navigating their recovery paths through collaborative goal-setting tailored to their unique health and social needs.
  • Monitor and identify early signs of relapse by observing the user's progress, functioning levels, and mental well-being, ensuring timely communication with relevant care staff.
  • Engage in regular planning and review sessions with supervising clinicians, maintaining high standards of clinical case management.
  • Document necessary information in service users' case notes, adhering to established procedures.

Travel Requirements

It is essential for candidates to possess a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle, as independent travel is a requirement for this role.

Qualifications and Experience

  • GCSEs at grades A-C, including Maths and English.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
