Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - Wound Care

At HARTMANN, we're committed to helping healthcare professionals deliver exceptional patient care. As a Territory Sales Manager - Wound Care, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and district nurses
  • Provide expert product knowledge and support to customers, ensuring they have the solutions they need to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with the Healthcare Partnership Manager to develop and implement business plans, driving sales growth and market expansion
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, using this insight to inform sales strategies and product development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in science or business (or equivalent experience)
  • Significant sales or commercial experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the wound care market
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
