About the Role
HARTMANN is a leading provider of healthcare solutions, and we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our Wound Care Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with healthcare professionals across Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual growth targets
- Provide regular coverage of key customers within NHS Trusts, Health boards, and ICB areas
- Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including budget holders, influencers, and decision-makers
- Work closely with the Healthcare Partnership Manager and Clinical Partnership Manager to develop and implement business plans
- Submit regular reports on sales performance and customer engagement
- Provide customer lead generation support and feedback to internal colleagues
- Deliver therapy-led solutions and product presentations to customers
- Create opportunities for sales and marketing teams to work with customers on therapy area management initiatives
- Support product evaluations and maintain a forward schedule of appointments with key customers
- Gather intelligence on customer plans, formularies, and guidelines to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or business (preferred) or significant sales/commercial experience
- Demonstrable recent sales track record and ability to influence others
- High personal accountability and integrity, with a passion for making a difference in healthcare
- Excellent customer focus and service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong commercial awareness and implementation skills, with the ability to work away from home (less than 20%)
- Demonstrable IT skills in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as CRM systems
Desirable Qualifications
- Recent experience working within community and acute NHS healthcare economies
- Experience influencing clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Wound care experience
- Recent experience within the multichannel NHS market (community and acute)
