About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at HARTMANN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the NHS market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across NHS Trusts, Health boards, and ICB areas
  • Provide regular market intelligence and insights to inform sales and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement therapy area management initiatives
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer records and sales data
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science or business (preferred)
  • Significant sales/commercial experience and a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • High level of commercial awareness and implementation skills
  • Able to work away from home and hold a full driving license
  • Demonstrable IT skills in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
