Job Description

HARTMANN is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our Wound Care Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and budget holders
  • Provide regular market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare market and regulatory environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
