Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. You'll work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care and support services that meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Help clients with their medication and provide emotional support
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to live in
