Job Title: Children's Residential Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Care Worker to join our team at The Cambian Group.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and young people in a residential care setting, providing a safe and supportive environment that enables them to thrive.

As a Children's Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care and support to residents, including personal care, medication management, and daily living activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that residents' needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident's care and progress.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • 12 months' experience in a children's residential care worker role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people.
