As a Senior Residential Support Worker with The Cambian Group, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential care settings.

Our team is dedicated to inspiring lives and continually developing the individuals in our care, as well as their families and communities.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team in Manchester Complex Care.

As a Residential Support Professional, you will work closely with our experienced and supportive team to provide person-centred care and support to children and young people.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential care settings.
  • Working closely with our team to develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Supporting children and young people to achieve their personal best and reach their full potential.
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.

We are committed to promoting the safeguarding and welfare of all children within our care.

All applicants must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide at least two references covering the past two years.
