Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Complex Care in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to children and young people in our care, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and nurturing environment, adhering to our company's values and policies.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each child or young person.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our company's policies and procedures, ensuring they align with best practices in residential childcare.

Requirements:

  • 12 months of experience in a Children's Residential Care role.
  • Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or currently working towards this) and full UK driving licence.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.40-£14.22 (dependent on experience/qualifications).
  • A sleep-in rate of £30.00.
