About the Role:
  • Provide person-centered care and support to children and young people with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Support children and young people with daily living tasks, education, and leisure activities
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 12 months experience in a Children's Residential Care role
  • Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or currently working towards this)
  • Full UK driving license
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate: £13.40 - £14.22 (dependent on experience/qualifications)
  • Sleep-in rate: £30.00
