Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Manchester Complex Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality support to residents, promoting independence, confidence, and self-esteem.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • To maintain accurate records and contribute to the overall management of the service.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • 12 months experience in a Children's Residential Care role.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or currently working towards this) and full UK driving licence.


Salary and Benefits:

The hourly rate for this position is £13.40-£14.22 (dependent on experience/qualifications), with opportunities for overtime and sleep-in payments.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and bank holidays.


You will be required to work as part of a small team, providing support to residents with complex needs, including personal care, medication administration, and behavioral interventions.

Estimated Gross annual pay based on full-time hours + 10 Sleep ins: £31,000 > £32,000 (dependent on experience/qualifications).
